Because they solicit them, I dropped off a huge mess of plastic grocery bags at my local thrift store today, and in response, the universe placed a set of brand new curtain tiebacks in my way for only $3 – which normally run about $15. (I’d been using rubber bands.) Nice!

I’ve been donating books and clothes to Housing Works. I also keep small paper shopping bags because they could come in handy… One day asked the cashier at Housing Works if they could use (or would take) small paper shopping bags. She said, “Yes, we could use them for small purchases.” I dropped off a whole plastic bag full. I feel better having them used at least once more.
OK, I’m such a curious cat: What’s different about cook curtain tiebacks?
Anywat, neat you found what you needed.
I have no idea why I wrote that.
