Ever since the storm, I have mold growing all over the windowsill in my bedroom. Although I’m sleeping with the window open, I’m still feeling the effects of it via a daily sinus headache. (My landlord has a guy who is coming to replace it. We still have to schedule.)

And that is why I’m drinking Pepsi in the morning. Best caffeinated delivery system in the world!

Bleach kills most forms of mold. Wipe down any area that you believe to be affected. Repeat as necessary. Black mold is a whole different animal. If you have that find a new place to live.

Clorox wipes and some rubber gloves will take care of that for you.

D-Hist, which you can get on Amazon, has done tremendous things for my sinus problems that were brought on by mold. I didn’t believe it would work, but it somehow does.

Damp-rid will dry out your apt. and keep mold from spreading. put it on your Amazon wish list, mebbe some kind hearted reader will get you some.

if you don’t like bleach, rub it down (using gloves) with baking soda and rinse with vinegar.

mold can be deadly, it is far more unhealthy than pollen or dust.

I use Damprid when I’m not in the room, but I can’t use it while I’m sleeping. It really irritates my mucus membranes, it dries everything out.

plan an all day outing. put some bleach in a spray bottle, open windows, spray and close the door. when you get home, voila mold gone.

Just thank God that you don’t live in Moldavia.

It’s not just that pepsi has caffine, it has the bubbles that clear out sinuses 1, 2, 3.

Unfortunately, it’s very addictive; took me years to get off it. But if it gets you through this…mosel tov!

Good luck to you, Susie. You have too much stress in your life, and I so admire your ability to withstand it.
