I would put the odds of his getting even $30 billion as slim…
slim to nada.
Not one dime to those electric utilities! A review of their billings will show that they have pocketed billed through payments for preventive maintenance and upgrades for years that were meant to address these interruptions. I strongly recommend David Cay Johnston’s “The Fine Print” if you wish to see the proof.
