Actually we elect the same criminal. Take Franklin D. Roosevelt for example. He was a member of America’s royalty. Roosevelt was related by either blood or marriage to 11 presidents. George Washington, John Adams, James Madison, John Quincy Adams, Martin Van Buren, William Henry Harrison, Zachary Taylor, Ulysses S. Grant, Benjamin Harrison, Theodore Roosevelt and William Taft. (That’s 12 out of 31 or 40%) The probabilty of an Obama ever being elected is very, very low given the facts.
You miss the point. ALL the meaningful constitutional interpretation is going on behind closed doors and unchecked in the executive branch. The trend is accelerating.
