Still evil. As someone who once spent 18 months trying to navigate the Comcast customer service system just to get my internet service fixed, I feel this guy’s pain. (Not to mention what they’re trying to do to net neutrality.)

And how like them to not even read the guy’s website before they demanded it be taken down. There’s simply no way you can use it to steal service.
