It’s really quite telling that in every scientific analysis, conservatives are constitutionally incapable of connecting to other human beings. Isn’t that the classical definition of sociopath. Conservatism; It’s not an ideology, it’s a disease.
Ron, I’ve read that sociopathy presents in somewhere between five and ten percent of the population. Luckily, most of those aren’t violent. Now I’m beginning to wonder if it isn’t a much higher number.
If there is a neurobiological basis for conservatism, how long must we wait until there is a cure?
