John Williams’ Shadow Statistics sees total unemployment at about 23%.
I’m suspicious. Going from projected gain of 148,000 jobs to 38,000 actual jobs seems to show that somebody’s making shit up. Why should I believe this 9%?
It’s because so many people stopped looking for work. They don’t count them.
