About the the time sea level increases starts flooding out the beach homes of the Uberwealthy….
Increased deaths from extended heat waves will cause “concern,” but it won’t directly affect the Uberwealthy as they can afford their AC at almost any price points for electricity. They can also afford to install great solar collection systems for their properties.
Flooding from higher oceans will have a direct and difficult to mediate impact on them.
