  2. i’m having a hard time understanding this ruling. police can’t threaten to break the door down but they’re allowed to break the door down? you don’t have to answer the knock but they can break the door down if you don’t, as long as they don’t verbally threaten to? wtf is that asshole talking about?

    i do understand that the bottom line is the constitution is just a piece of paper.

  3. Alito’s statement about electing to destroy evidence makes no sense grammatically or logically — I can’t even tell what he’s trying to say. If he wrote that on a final exam in law school, he’d flunk the course.

    What is going on with this country?
