Oh! I was looking for it, and one of the news stories said unanimous. Never mind!
the initial reports did say unanimous for some reason.

now that I’ve seen the decision, only part of it was unanimous. the rest of the decision (the meat of the sex discrimination/class action issue IMHO) was 5-4 as per usual.
