But he just destroyed the bank’s property. I fear he’s opened himself to a world of lawyer trouble for the indefinite future, as long as he lives, or as long as he stays in this country. The house was the collateral part of the mortgage contract. He might even be setting himself up for jail if the bank presses charges.
