  1. {{snort!}} You’ve got to be kidding. This shows how far down the rabbit hole we’ve fallen that they even need to ask this question.

OTOH, we’ve had to read between the lines for so long now that it doesn’t even matter what the “journalists” do. They take dictation, we sift through it to find and discard the buzzwords and decide if there’s anything left worth salvaging. The media had a big hand in getting us into this mess. It goes without saying that the responsible thing would be to get us out of it.

  2. I hope I live to see the day that rag bites the dust. What a monumentally stupid question. Can’t wait to see the reaction at Daily Howler – bet it’s a hoot!!!

  3. Anyone remember Jon Kyl saying that abortion is “well over 90 percent of what Planned Parenthood does.” When called on it his “office” said, “his remark was not intended to be a factual statement”. Hilarious. A top U.S. Senator actually has the nerve to say that. I guess he didn’t think we’d notice it’s the same as saying, “I lied.”

Could George Orwell please come to the NYT’s courtesy phone….

  4. Well yes, The Times must be super-careful, lest it upset the apple cart. (Yes, an archaic pre-Wozniac cliche, I know.)

  5. Make that Wozniak.
WOZNIAC is a first generation IBM mainframe computer the size of a living room.
Wozniac is a little smaller, and a much nicer guy than his late buddy.
