  1. I was cleaning out a cabinet in the kitchen yesterday and found an editorial page from the Spruill County Sentinel from 2006. There was one op/ed regarding a new county prison to be built. This new prison would be serviced by private companies. The new prison would have 3 times the capacity of the one in use. A question posed is the op/ed was are we going to make more laws to fill that place up?
