The r’s will try as they may, but it’ll be at their own political peril. The Supreme’s have upheld the law which means that they won’t hear any more arguements. Period.
Just as they did with the issues of abortion, same sex marriage, gays in the military, and so on, the Republicans will ride the phony issue of Obamacare well into the future. Divide and conquer is their motto.
