  1. And we learn that even with Google connections matter. A lot.

Without having friends at Google, I have no idea how to make a complaint or plea to the Big G.

  2. NEVER store anything more important than a cellphone pic in the Cloud. That’s just common sense. I’ve been in the software and telecom industries for over 25 years, and have worked in a number of areas, including Internet security. Never store anything important in the Cloud.

  3. Okay remind me again how this is more responsive than, say the Communist Party of China.

  4. So, sales of back up equipment ought to be going higher. But, still, how many people will learn about this guy’s issue with Google? if people aren’t reading blogs or internet news sites discussing such things, how will they know? Doesn’t seem to me the MCM covers this (but, in all fairness, I’ve found so little of value at the MCM’s that I seldom go to them for my news…).

  5. Speaking of Google, I recently did some searches for 1) a neighbor without internet or PC who wanted numbers for auto floor mats, 2) a friend with a stroke who was trying to remember some things about the Shirelles, and 3) a friend who wanted information about medical alert buttons/necklaces.

I now have only ads for 1 and 3 all over my screen. Nothing about the Shirelles, which I might have some interest in…. Do ronde ronde….

    Heh.
