  1. National Security letters. Do we really want all the people who vote now to keep voting? Honestly. If you receive a National Security letter you can’t talk about it. Not even to your lawyer. If you do talk about your National Security letter the FBI will knock on your door and arrest you. How many of our fellow citizens have received a National Security letter? 5 thousand? 500 thousand? 5 million? Only the NSA (military) actually knows. And they ain’t talking about them under penalty of law.

  2. The absolute first thing you do upon receiving a national security letter is talk! Prosecution is untenable.

    But to the subject at hand, discrimination against Democrats is perceived by this lug to be constitutional? Well then you can exclude them from the ballot.
