I’m going to veer off course here because this guy is a lunatic. Jill Abramson was replaced as editor of the NYT this week by Dean Baquet. In 2006 Baquet worked for the Los Angeles Times. He was fired and ended up at the NYT. He was fired because he killed a story about the NSA collecting phone data on every American citizen. Had that story been allowed to live and run its course none of us would ever have heard of Snowdon. Which brings us to the 6300 page Senate report on the crimes committed by the CIA. Obama is sitting on that report and refuses to release to the public. What we don’t know is what hurts all of us in the long run.
