You know, it’s a shame. Ben Carson isn’t an awful man — he just has that weird thing doctors have where they think because they know how to do their jobs, they must know everything else, too:

And it’s not just doctors. In my experience, engineers are the worst know-it-alls. Acocuntants are up there too. Anyone with an MBA or even an undergrad minor in business. Lawyers are just evil, and you can’t tell what they actually think, but it might apply to them.
And I don’t care what anyone says, I would not let this guy touch me with a tongue depressor, much less operate on my brain. The stupid nonsense that comes out of his mouth is just too scary. Is he autistic or something? That might be his only excuse. Nah, not even that would excuse the stupid.
And what’s the deal with that? Because he’s black, no one can dare mention the obvious? Like with Clarence Thomas, except CT probably can’t even cut his own meat at dinner time.
Surgeons in general are rather unlikable people, but not all of them. Neurosurgeons and cardiothoracic surgeons are the worst.
