Oh well shit. If I have any favorite celebrities, she’s top of the list. Condolences from my family to hers. God damn Republicans.
I saw her one-woman show, “Wishful Drinking,” twice. That’s how good it was. Honest, funny as hell and without even a whiff of self-pity.
Before the show, I could take her or leave her. Afterwards, I loved her…
I know she spent a good part of her life trying to get away from her Princess Leia persona, but last night I slapped my video tape of the first “Star Wars” movie into my VCR and watched it through.
