  1. I’ve only had the chance to see him once (so far) and that was at Amoeba Records in San Francisco, where he introduced this song by saying “This is a song about how a girl got her motorcycle.”
    He is a genuine guitar hero who did not disappoint this life-long (40 years) guitar player, and what’s more, he’s not a jerk about it, which I find refreshing.
    I’ve probably watched the BBC documentary “A Solitary Life” about him twenty times. It’s on YouTube, and I’ll no doubt watch it again.
