Recently Mulvaney spoke, for a fee, of a roomful of bankers and told them that if they wanted to get anything done in Washington they needed to pay up.
Mulvaney told his audience that when he was in the House of Representatives he put everybody into two groups.
Those who gave him campaign money and those who didn’t.
He only spoke to those people who gave him money.
In the law that’s known as play-for-pay and it is illegal.
Hers is a voice worth listening to.
