Had Trump lost the election the NY AG would never have gone after him , or anyone else, regarding these obvious crimes.
The Trump Foundation has been violating the law for years.
Long before Trump ran for president.
So why didn’t the state of New York go after Trump, his family and the Trump Foundation long ago?
Because Trump was making large donations of money (probably from the Foundation) to both Democratic and Republican politicians over the years?
We know that Schneiderman was corrupt.
These misappropriations are criminal violations easily rising to the level of impeachable offenses. You wonder why he will never disclose his taxes?
