Other good news.
Kavanaugh’s confirmation paid off big for the Left yesterday.
The Obama era (2015) net neutrality rules will stand because both Kavanaugh and Roberts recused themselves from the case citing conflicts of interest.
That left Thomas, Alito and Gorsuch well short of a majority.
And that pretty much buries the net neutrality issue until Kavanaugh and Roberts both leave the Court for some reason like retirement or impeachment.
