In no small part Congress and MSNBC darling Neal Katyal are responsible for the legal out that the conservative infested courts are going to take. The Special Prosecutor statute did not make the report public. That Congress couldn’t foresee a partisan hack like Barr whitewashing a summary, means that they have zero understanding of The Saturday Night Massacre. We elect morons at our peril.

  2. So much of Mueller’s case rested on getting testimony he could use to confirm intelligence — because he couldn’t reveal the source. So the report can’t be made public until all the intelligence is redacted.
