Carl Newman wondered whether the guy just happened to remember all of the lyrics and all of the chords to every Beatles song, or if there are just big holes in the remembrance.
I knew a guy who knew them all by heart, chronological or alphabetical.
He was a really good guitar player, but seriously crazy, and in retrospect, it was a semi bad decision to be in a band with him. He did have a record collection that seriously expanded my musical horizons, though, and I will always be in his debt for that.
