Note the silence from govt leadership. Not a word. How did this happen? Did Trump's nonaction enable the Russians to hack this agencies? This is crying out for an investigation.

Putin’s pal did a good job
“Cozy Bear” is suspected in hacking SolarWinds, which gave the Russian group access to various government agencies like Energy and Treasury.
We first heard about “Cozy Bear” and “Fancy Bear” in 2014.
Then again in 2015 and 2016 when the DNC and the Hillary campaign were hacked.
Leaving Trump out of this for a moment, our intelligence agencies, all 17 of them including the NSA which operates entirely independently, have known about “Cozy Bear” and “Fancy Bear” since at least 2014.
So why couldn’t they stop this massive hack?
This entire episode smacks of a pre-election hit job on Trump which was shelved until 3 days ago.
