Cowards
Speaker Pelosi kept dragging her feet when it came to authorizing a January 6 Truth Commission.
Now we know why.
Pelosi knew that the “Big Lie” Party was never going to vote for a bipartisan commission tasked with investigating the attempted coup on January 6.
But the Speaker wasn’t ready to either kill Biden’s pipe-dream of bipartisanship or get into a political fight with Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema at that time.
Then three weeks ago Moscow Mitch ended all hope of bipartisanship when he announced that the “Big Lie” Party would oppose any Democratic legislation “100%.”
Manchin and Sinema seem to be a lost cause.
According to Joe Manchin ending the Senate filibuster rule “will destroy our government.”
Joe Manchin has now resorted to making shit up just like his cohorts in the “Big Lie” Party do.
