    Last year Big Oil made a $174 billion profit.

    Should a declining industry in transition whose pricing structure is based on a monopolistic model (OPEC) be allowed to continue making outrageous profits?

    Or should they be taxed more heavily to help fund the transition away from fossil fuels to green energy?
