Sinema is poster girl for what happens to reasonable people when they are elected to high political office and get access to the temple. They look around and see what everyone else is doing and figure it’s all ok. What reasonable people see as corrupt and a betrayal of trust is SOP. That is part of the reason that Sinema and Manchin were able to blow up the social spending side of Biden’s infrastructure bill. See the analysis of how members of congress seriously outpaced the S&P with their investments. Insider info, Dems and the other guys. Also, how Nancy laughed in the faces of advocates and a few members who wanted a bill to restrict private investments by members of congress.
And they are almost never held to account unless they overstep and damage someone that matters. Then, if they have specific compromising info that they could use to bargain against their own legal exposure, “justice” can be swift and deadly. Of course Jeffry Epstein hung himself, right.
Justice for all, allocated in accordance with each person’s level of wealth and power. “Everybody knows…” “Who Will Tell the People?”
etc.
The Tulsi connection is interesting, no? I’d love to hear those two discuss Ukraine, Gaza, and their allegiance to the Democratic Party.
