I’m doing OK out here in Portland Oregon. And yeah, I went down to the Hands Off protest downtown. There must have been 10000 people! People are pissed.
I saw an comment about how there were too many old folks! Someone one pushed back noting those folks have been protesting their whole life with a picture of, then young, folks protesting the Vietnam War.
Oddly enough, the only big names who streamed the marches were Fox News and the NY Post. I guess Rupert was hoping a riot would break out.
There were about 200 people at the protest in Oakhurst. More supporters that opposers in the passing traffic. Highlight: the lady standing in front of me yelling “I’ll pray for you” to the driver of an SUV who had flipped us off.
