BREAKING: A federal judge has thrown out the criminal indictment of James Comey, ruling that Trump-installed prosecutor Lindsey Halligan was illegally appointed and had no lawful authority to bring the case. Reuters: Senior Fannie Mae fraud investigators, including the head of the entire division, found no evidence of that Leticia James ever committed mortgage fraud. And it appears Bill Pulte illegally provided Lindsay Halligan with James’ private loan data, and pushed James’ indictment.
