One thing that Trump failed to mention was the fact that the dollar is falling. It now ranks behind the British pound sterling and the Euro in value.
Which is great news for American exports.
But the bad news is that it takes a lot more “cheap” dollars to buy what we import. (Has to do with the exchange rate.)
Oil for example.
Or all of those Chinese manufactured goods that we import.
For some odd reason Trump never learned the axiom that “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
Which explains why he is an absolute and utter failure at the game of life.
