Those who has wants to keep and get more; and those who haven’t need to remind everyone every so often who’s actually in charge of the loony bin.
It’s a matter of head count, plus that elusive, not big enough pie to go around, so that everybody can get the “biggest” slice thing.
If we humans were smart we’d institutionalize the “Everybody gets an equal slice of the pie” commandment.
