Until February 24 Biden and the Democrats had the economy growing and inflation declining.
Since then, the economy has shrunk by -1.4% and inflation has increased dramatically because the price of oil has skyrocketed. (In the past 12 months Shell’s profits have tripled.)
Biden and the warmongers “screwed the pooch” on February 24 and since then the rest of the world has been suffering needlessly.
Especially Ukrainians.
But like every other manmade blunder this absurd war has a silver lining.
It’s forced the world to recognize that allowing the fossil fuel industry to power our economies and have an oversized influence in our politics is a very, very bad idea.
Many have come to the conclusion that burning fossil fuels is dangerous to our health and to our freedoms.
Of course, Joe Manchin would probably disagree with that conclusion.
