Her confirmation hearing was in July 2020
Her husband purchased the home in Aug 2020
She was confirmed in Nov 2020

How can someone get a loan on speculative income unless they knew it was in the pocket?

Who originated the loan and who owns it now and what kind of intermediate stops has it made? Were I of a mind to do something shifty, and not saying anyone did, I would put the loan in with a basket of other loans and then sell interests in the basket of loans to different investors. Thus spreading the risk and making it difficult to unscramble this egg. Weall remember 2008 don’t we?
