Of “I’m not really qualified to be president but let me kneecap the competition just in case.” I can’t tell you how awful the typical campaign environment is for women. Sexually charged, especially when the person hitting on you is your boss. This is where being on the spectrum came in handy — I wouldn’t simply pretend I didn’t notice. But the most vulnerable are the young women who may not have strategies — or who don’t understand this guy will dumb you a week later. They’re not “bad apples” – the entire structure is rotting.

Alarming story that confirms my own reporting along similar lines: Dan Moraff, the political strategist who plucked Graham Platner out of obscurity to run for senate and barely vetted him, was barred from Rep. Summer Lee’s 2022 campaign after three complaints of sexual misconduct.
Moraff was instrumental in getting Rep Lee to launch her first political campaign for PA state house in 2017. But by 2022 Lee banned him “from his previous leadership positions in her campaign & from even attending campaign events” and told ppl close to the campaign to stopcommunicating with him.
