Great summary heard on either WBAI or WNYC this week:
“The United States is rapidly becoming an undeveloping nation.”
Kinda says it all.
Recommend catching Richard Wolffe on WBAI, 99.5, NYC station which streams. Noon, Saturdays, for one hour. Wonderful to listen to.
On second thought, I think the quote was:
“The United States is a rapidly undeveloping nation.”
NOT “becoming” one; it already is undeveloping.
