Isn’t that funny? We weren’t sure when conditions would be right to bring home 30,000 troops from Iraq, not realizing it all depended on how low Bush’s poll numbers would drop.

I can’t imagine they are actually. I just found out someone I know has been “tapped” to leave for Iraq at the end of May. Maine’ll be sending more troops this summer, so I guess we’re bring home 30K but what they didn’t say was that we’re replenishing them.
