In related news, I hear the grand jury’s been meeting on Curt’s case for weeks:
(CBS 3) PHILADELPHIA Records belonging to Congressman Curt Weldon of Pennsylvania were reportedly subpoenaed by a federal grand jury, but Weldon allegedly never disclosed it according to Friday’s edition of the Los Angeles Times.
The paper said the subpoena was issued before the November election, but it’s not clear when Weldon received it.
House rules require members to immediately report subpoenas to house leaders.
