Home Again

Back early - Tropical Storm Hanna was supposed to hit early Saturday morning so I figured I might as well leave. (That, plus I torqued a muscle on the side of my knee and I’m in agony. There was no way in hell I could make the walk to the beach.)
I’m in decompression mode now but will catch up with y’all later.

Welcome back Susie.
Hope the knee gets better.
Right now, here in Raleigh, the first feeder rain band has cleared the area. However, a second is on the way. We’re expecting rain and wind through the night and sending the whole thing north tomorrow.
Enjoy
Note: Sending this to my two sisters also. They both live in South Jersey and work in Philly.
Welcome back! How did the place work out? I think you picked one of the best weeks of the summer to go.
Oh great, I’m on the Jersey shore next week for a few days, (somewhere between Asbury Park and Tom’s River). Hopefully, Hanna is long gone when I get there.
I got in and out of Puerto Rico between Eduardo and Fey. And Denali was exposed in it’s entirety (for a few hours) while I was up there. We’ll see if my weather luck holds.
The weather was really great. It was a good week to go.
That’s awesome, Susie. Weather can make or break some trips. I hope you had a great time, (other then the knee thing).
