From what the “news” organizations reported that the FB lying I said, this fellow was off his rocker and his fellow “scientists” didn’t even notice and security didn’t kick him out.
I have serious doubts about this.
Also, exactly what was the purpose of the meningitis tests done on Ft Ord military reservation in 1969? Group of men whose “shot” records from basic training were “lost” and had to get shot again with the “same” preventatives. About half got sick and were confined in military police type hospital. The rest didn’t have any problem.
Since the meningitis “outbreak” was confined to younger soldiers and no officers or senior NCOs or families that lived on base got meningitis, I assume we were guinea pigs for germ warfare people.
