I think it’s only fair that young people should be executed on the spot for appearing to be vaguely threatening, don’t you?

    Okay. 5 to 6 times a year times four years is, at maximum, 24 incidents, and they’ve had three deaths. That’s a 12 % rate of fatal outcome.
    Time to re-evaluate.
