And Dubow just bailed out for “health reasons” after 30 years of repeatedly driving the company into the ground. And he got $37 million just to go away. A little more than four years working for that company nearly killed me. I can’t imagine 30 years of it. He must be a hollow shell of a man, like the company he left behind.
