No criminal charges from the DoJ because no marijuana was found on Rummy or at his house.
No criminal charges because Rumsfeld isn’t a whistleblower.
Elites are not prosecuted unless they step out of line on what the MOTU’s want them to do.
In such a situations, sexual misconduct charges are the preferred means of removing them from office of public prominence.
