I don’t always agree with him, but I do enjoy Joe Biden:
After introducing Obama at Tuesday’s health-care bill signing ceremony, Vice President Biden appeared to turn to the president and say, “This is a big f**king deal.” But it’s not entirely clear from the video who is speaking.
Shortly after the event, Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said on Twitter, “Powerful moment when the President described the people he was signing this for and for the millions back in control of their health care … And yes Mr. Vice President, you’re right.”
Yep, sounds like Joe to me too.
I just like Joe. You never know just what’s gonna come out, but he seems to be trying to be sincere. And I prefer that to the mouthings of myriad spinmeisters in public life.
“Fucking big deal” would have required less inflection than “Big fucking deal” to not sound sarcastic. Just as well he used the article “A”.
