The Grand Ole Opry, which has all the charm and ambiance of a large regional high school auditorium, is under several feet of water, while the historic Ryman auditorium, its original home, is in no immediate danger of flooding.

The Ryman has all the history. I’m glad it’s (so far) safe from the floods.
I worked at the now-defunct Opryland, right next to the new Opry House, in the new house’s first season. Saw Dolly Parton there…
Opryland was a nice park, part of which you can still see in Robert Altman’s NASHVILLE.
Which I just happen to own. One of my favorite Altman films…
