I find Reich absolutely infuriating. He makes many good points in the article. But I question whether or not he actually tells this stuff to the powers-that-be with whom he consults and who pay him his big money.
Reich did resign on principle from Clinton’s administration — and wrote and talked about it. He also spoke out frequently about the needs of the poor while in office.

I was sad at the time to see him go. I also made excuses for Bill Clinton.
