  1. Except in Florida, Suze, where alas burning a Confederate flag remains illegal, statute cited by floridapolitics@gmail.com.

  2. Statute clearly violates 1st Amendment to the Constitution but have you ever used your right of free speech with a police officer in the performance of his duties?

I don’t mind getting arrested but incarceration sucks; sure you get free room and board but: food sucks; hotel staff has bad attitude, and you can’t check out when you want.

Besides, Orlando mis-leaders made panhandling a crime: [Consider the sad cases of Roosevelt Richardson, incarcerated 123 times ove 10 years for the crimes of: “panhandling and other petty crimes such as loitering, urinating in public and trespassing.” (Full story below.) That averages out to over once a month for TEN years.]

Don’t even get me started on Food Not Bombs vs Orlando court decision where judge ruled feeding the homeless did not constitute protected free speech, despite statements by a responding by a police ofc at the feeding and our esteemed Mayor, “Buddy Dyer.”

FNB cool for vegans but cannot personally make anything without some pork fat.
