I have an appointment to see a chiropractor tomorrow, which gives you some idea how badly I hurt. I haven’t seen one in over ten years, after this one guy created some nerve root damage that caused severe pain for a long, long time. What a pain in the ass that was.

But I can feel that my upper spine is twisted out of shape, so there you have it.

I’ll probably have to see the acupuncturist, too. Oh, joy.

  1. My typical chiropractor visit goes something like this:

    “You’re welcome.”

But he’s saved my bacon many, many times (including seeing me on a Sunday for an emergency cracking), so I have no complaints. Good luck.

  2. Long ago I was general manager of 3 camera stores in Atlanta suburbs. One was in Smyrna near Life Chiropractic College so we got lots of students as customers. Some were relatively normal and some were incredibly strange, such as the married couple who wore white robes and white turbans and only ate carrots and drank carrot juice. Their eyeballs were orange! Having said that I have to say that my limited experience with chiropractors in a professional capacity has been pretty positive! I’ve always wanted to try acupuncture just for the experience!
