When I read the New York article earlier this week, I literally gasped. (Because I thought it was that shocking.) Apparently Obama has decided not to show any leadership and just give up on the midterms.
Ah, well. It’s not as if he was good at it.

Mr. Obama says that he doesn’t have any idea how anyone got the idea he was a liberal or a progressive in the first place. What are we supposed to do now?
They are really going to let America collapse around us.
And to think most of us— at the very least— thought that the guy was pretty intelligent.
Our president is a feckless liar, weak and stupid puppet of his Chicago school puppeteers. Expect nothing.
It’s a simple calculus. If the repugs and/or the other assorted loons constipate the congress even more in the upcoming midterms, the Obamites will have an excuse to blame everything bad on them going into 2012.
